Pickup and Delivery schedules were acceptable. There are few things. First, some glasswares were shattered due to uncareful packing. One piece of glass frame from my china cabinet completely broke in half which also results from uncareful packing. Second, I was required to tip ($400.00) up front based on the total cost. Later on, I had to tip again at delivery. Third, pickup crew refured to turn back to pick up my furniture they left in the house when I called 2 hrs after they left.

1.As the matter of fact, packing of glasswares was done by the customer and it is hard to take responsibility for that. 2.The tipping is absolutely optional and nobody can require tips unless the customer is willing to do so for the excellent service.3.The furniture which customer wanted us to come back for was a garbage can and we suggested to pay for it.Unfortunately to us, the customer forgot to mention that delivery was expedited from NY-CA in 5 days w/guaranteed arrival time.

Royal Moving was wonderful. Vili arranged everything easily and was always fast and responsive to questions. Frank was also polite and helpful when I called. The gentlemen who picked up my shipment in the Bronx were careful and attentive, and my mother, who received the shipment for me in Texas, told me that the drivers who unloaded were friendly, efficient, professional and careful. The shipment was in great condition and the whole process, from listing to delivery, took only 5-6 days.

Pickup: A+ Royal movers showed with four guys, who wrapped and loaded up my stuff so efficiently my head spun. Everything was carefully wrapped, and their estimate was nearly accurate. Delivery: B+ Delivery estimate was the 12th to the 21st - it arrived the 21st, with only two guys to unload. They did a very good job, but communication for the week prior had been a little spotty. One chair and coffee table were broken, but I was immediately reasonably compensated. Overall,highly recomm

Pickup and delivery timing were well within spec. All personnel were polite and careful with our stuff. We had some communication problems but all were resolved to our satisfaction. We did have damage to one piece (a filing cabinet) and are deciding whether to make a claim for it. We recommend Royal and would use them again.

We moved two studio apartments into a one-bedroom. The guys moved very fast and were very careful with everything - there was nearly zero damage. We had to share one elevator with three other moves and the guys make the whole process stress-free.

They did great work. Packed everything very well and when they arrived they put everything in the house so quickly and so neatly. I would use them again.

All the boxes arrived and the company kept in touch. My stuff arrived the same day I arrived in LA. Most everything arrived intact. Better than I expected. I kind of expected the worst (lost boxes or broken items) and hoped for the best but for the most part, my fears were laid to rest. The guys that delivered my stuff were very nice and courteous. The guys that picked up my stuff explained everything to my satisfaction before leaving. Thanks!

This was a great transaction! These guys rescued me from an very bad an unsuccessful arrangement with another mover. Shipment was picked up same day the bid was made, and delivered in 5 days on the other coast in perfect condition! Communication was great throughout. The company was very gracious and accommodating, and even paid storage fees on my behalf, in cash! Fair price for such a short notice deal. Strongly recommend.
