Very professional and courteous!!!! Crimson gave me an exceptional bid and went out of their way to personally haul my antique boat from Washington to Tennessee in a few days....very speedy! Awesome transporter. Would definitely use again. He had by far the lowest bid and was there to pick the boat up right on time. He always answers his phone and he kept me updated on where the boat was. I highly recommend this shipper.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Upon accepting this "Book It Now" shipment, I felt that I would be able to load this vehicle onto my trailer without any damage. However, upon arriving I discovered the vehicle's ground clearance was to low for the ramps on my trailer. I did not want to damage the vehicle during the loading process. If there are any comments made about being late, the item listing stated a pickup window which I more than met. My previous load had to be tended to with special care and it took longer than expected

However, I am awaiting his consultation and will remedy the damage. 2100 miles and the damage happened turning around on his street. Through no fault of the Shipper, the weight was listed incorrectly. Normally, it wouldn't have been a problem. However, my "overweight fee" was discussed prior to me picking up this load and Shipper decided it would be best to cancel.
