After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider i had arranged for collection on saturday morning however the courier couldnt do this and asked to move to sunday because of snow isses in other parts of the country. Fully Understand this & my seller was ok with this but could only do sunday morning which the courier couldnt fulfil. My seller was then accused of being inflexible and they actually had quite a heated 'discussion'. It was left that they could probably collect on monday instead but couldnt confirm a time until later
My seller fe Response from CourierKev: At least 3 attempts were made to collect this coffee table. On this particular day scheduled I asked if we could collect the coffee table on the Sunday and was told befor 12. This wasnt possible as I have other clients to get to on the way. I suggested a later time yo be told she had visitors coming. I suggested I only be a few minutes and as quick as I can. She said no. I said another day then and she said its in her way and wanted it gone. I was out of ideas as I dont have a time machine

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Hello,
I booked this shipment recently, and the seller is wanting it picked up. I've emailed the provider and called twice, and nobody answers the phone or calls me back. I'd prefer to go with another quote rather than irritate the people I'm collecting this from. Response from CourierKev: We couldn't find an email from this customer. There was 1 missed call on my mobile which was at 9.12pm. We were out celebrating my wifes birthday. Whilst we try hard to answer every call. Even larger companies operate within office hours. We try to be different. Everyone is entitled to some time off. I think you were unfair with your comments. However, we have no problem accepting the cancellation. Thanks anyway Jennifer b. I hope you get a service that answers instantly whatever time of night.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from CourierKev: Unfortunately with this item there was insufficient help to load the 200 kilo weight at the collection end. For safety reasons we had to decline with our apologies. Kev.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately between the 3 parties involved here, buyer seller and shipper we just couldn't find a date we could all make before the item had to be removed. Response from CourierKev: There's always another time. =]

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider sent email on day of collection to ask could the item be made smaller so that it could fit in his van. This is very disappointing as the item sizes cannot be changed and have always been clearly advised on shipping request. Response from CourierKev: The email i sent was 2 days before collection and i did not receive a reply until the day after my run to the area. The customer did not supply me with the information i requested and i saw no point wasting everyones time and my fuel to attempt to collect an item that i was unaware would physically fit.
Poor management by the customer led to this happening.
If i was in receipt of the information i requested the move would have gone ahead. Or at least been postponed.
