PLEASE READ!!! Hi, We are a family owned business, I have a jumbo van to put to good use. I'm reliable ad my prices are very competitive. I'm not greedy, I'm just trying to make a living. I want to offer something different, value for money. I'll often ask, what do you want to pay. I've a long history of customer service and retail management amongst other areas of employment. I'm polite and offer a professional, polite approach. *Our prices only include 1 driver and therefore will require help unloading and loading large/heavy items, unless previously agreed*. *Please note. We will deliver within the dates listed on our quote*. If we give an especially low quote it is because the delivery time will definitely be within the time quoted as it will be part of an area drop and will likely have to be in storage for a few days or a week or perhaps longer. *We try out best to deliver within 7 days*. Kev is an excellent courier. He traveled all the way from Nottingham to Pulborough at arrived at the time he said. He is honest and very helpful it is a shame all couriers arn't like Kev.......keep up the good work.

Excellent service from courier - just a timing issue which wasn't foreseen, mainly due to seller's unavailability at agreed time.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The courrier was supposed to communicate with me and the seller, collect and deliver. The address is clear on where to pick up and deliver. he still said he has not got the address. this person do not know how to use computer. so i do not want to waste my time. i have a table to be collected. the courrier refusing to speak to me on the phone. i think this person got greedy and bid for the job and now realised he cannot do it.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider is unable to deliver this item because he works by himself and needs assistance both ends to load and unload. He made no mention of this in his bid. I am disabled so cannot help and the person receiving the item is not strong enough to assist. Two weeks have been wasted. I am not happy.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Dear sir, I am writing second time (I did the same thing I think some other page but not sure was that the right place.)for cancellation of the shipment booked as having the difficulties to understand how your site is works. Because I was expecting being asked for my confirmation before booked by any courier on your site. Because without agreeing the collection time , detail of the requested condition accepted or not, tracking number will be provided or not, or how and who is able to help
