I no longer need my item(s) shipped Given the timing involved, it is simply easier for me to drive the car myself. I spoke with the shipper on the phone and they were agreeable to the change of plans, no hard feelings on either side - life happens!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time shipper called the owner told the owner that they will be there at 8pm to pick the bike up. The shipper never showed up till 12PM. Shipper called me to call the owner he told me that they were to be there at 8pm. i called the owner back and he told me that he will give them the bike at 5am in the morning and the shipper was late at 5am so the owner went to work.because the shipper never showed up on time he told me that they can pick it up at 330pm. now they have cancelled my shipment!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider called at 5:30am and said he was ready to pick up NOW. This was not a reasonable amount of time to notify my customer (pickup). Then proceeded to use profanity because I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for his schedule to free up.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider had some scheduling issues that could not be resolved and therefore rather than risking a late arrival on my vehicle, we agreed that I locate another provider. Henry is a good Guy.

hey the customer have it list as drive away ,but the problem is he not want to pay the storage fee, that why he not want the truck be driven he needs to explain that here,n he don't give me his phone #,when he calls me call private so that i could not see his phone # ,good look thx
