Where to start, let's start by saying that I was told my shipment was larger than booked, then smaller. So which is it? Also lets also talk about increasing the shipment fee by over 30%, yes 30%, and charging it to a credit card without notification or invoice. I am not sure which business this company thinks they are in, but in mine I cannot change charges WITHOUT PROOF that higher charged are needed. Credit Card dispute in place.

If that is not accurate, the carrier will adjust the rate which we have to pass along to the customer. I understand you being upset but if the shipment is listed incorrectly (for any reason) the carriers will verify and adjust the rate. Sorry you are upset but next time be accurate on your listing

That is what I have tried to accomplish for each of my shippers. I look forward to ONE MORE NEGATIVE so I will be below the 90% threshold and be removed from shippers being forced to pay uship instead of me!

This was the best service I have had with shipping by freight. Corey was immediately responsive to my every need. The shipper damaged the goods and Corey took the initiative to get me the correct papers and was very helpful in filing the claim. He is now my shipper of choice.

This has come into a quite the comedy tour, so you get paid, and then don't bother paying the people who actually shipped the item, dead beat payer, classy, got pretty high up the food chain on that one. Also, you were NOT allowed to resale their services, i.e., uship.com. I let my response speak for itself.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Shipment ended up being 6 pallets and now 4. I wanted to ship and tried multiple times to reach Raymond to get this going. No dice. I'm here but I have tried for a month to get this shipment moving for Raymond.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We did make an exception to accept paypal for him. Customer "stated" payment was sent, it was not. He also failed to mention that there was as liftgate needed at pickup. He lied about paying and tried to get a shipment processed without payment. Origin stated this guy was trouble too. I suggest not dealing with this guy since he tried to con us. We requested uship contact this guy since he would not respond to our repeated emails. He has many names: Kenneth Muo, Kenneth Oranuasi, Esthe Muo

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider refused my payment I made to Uship for the total amount via my PayPal account which I did through Uship checkout. I am requesting a refund because the Service Provider contacted me informing me that he only excepts credit cards and i already paid Uship so I am not very happy! Please advise me on what to do about this matter. Thank you. Tom

We are forced to accept uship's safepay option which is not geared toward a productive business model for myself. I have to hope that driving to a location the shipment is still there, ready and the same as the listing. If not, I am not paid for Fuel, Time, loss of business on other valid loads, I get nothing in a way of safety and security through this forced payment processing. Sorry Tom but I have to ensure I get paid. If uship is a part of it, I cannot be sure I will.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services On July 28th,2011. I accepted a bid from service provider CoreyWCL and I paid the initial fees and deposit to u ship. The service provider agreed that he will accept pay-pal method of payment. I was not comfortable with paying the third party ( blue grace) which not part of the booking agreement. I have decided to do this shipping myself. sincerely kenneth

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Indicates they accept PayPal, but after accepting the bid, refused to take PayPal. In our initial correspondence, we clearly stated that the boxes are loose/not wrapped (which is also clear on the listing page and in the pictures), service provider responded that they have done this before and not to worry about it. Now they are asking to wrap the items or they won't be shipped. Service provider asked me to send "wrapping tape" to the source/vendor so they could wrap the items. Many delays

Bid was accepted as freight ready and our carrier would not take 40 laptops sliding around the trailer. Customer misrepresented the shipment and was not willing to tape the items together to ensure they arrived at the terminal safely. We dropped paypal on July 15th after reviewing the fee costs. Moe lied about his shipment, he was not willing to be flexible and threatened me. There were no delays from us, only specific times to arrive at origin which we dispatched a driver to. Wadda wackjob!

I believe the website is not clear about uship fees. Further, I want a refund and not a credit, and I want my uship account closed. I have no interest in using uship ever again.
