Item delivered in perfect condition. Piano movers definitely know how to move a piano and were very courteous. Communication could have been a little better and late night delivery time was unusual. Would use again if needed.

I would recommend Congressional Piano Movers. Their bid was far more reasonable than anyone else. They picked up my piano in NY and had it delivered to NC less than 2 weeks later without incident. The piano was handled carefully and the owner was friendly. Good job.

Overall good experience. Delivery was a bit difficult to set up due to issues on both sides. But once timing was worked out, delivery was handled very professionally and the piano arrived on time without any damage. Movers were very careful not to damage floors or walls and took extra care in setting up the piano.
