The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Mike Erb has not returned phone calls and will not commit to his pick-up date. RB is charging $25/day. Booked on 4/4/13 cancelled on 4/28/13.
Uship doesn't deduct feedback for cancellations....Nor will they cover any costs due to Mike Erb's "complete transportation" poor business practices.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have attempted to contact Shipper numerous times and have yet to even receive acknowledgement the he received the booking. I expected to have the shipment by today and according to the company I purchased it from, it is yet to be picked up!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services My shipment was supposed to be delivered by March 8th, 2013. They had almost three weeks. I chose Complete Transport because they were the lowest bidder. I spoke with Mike a couple times after the booking, and he said he was working on it. After a few days, he stopped returning my emails completely. I think I understand how it works now, we pay and wait until these brokers gamble with our time and money. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period On December 19th, I accepted Mike Erb's $1,800 dollar bid out of 17 other bids received for my shipment of a Ford Truck. Initially Mike answers the 1st and original phone call and says he will start working on pick up of the shipment.
