Ivy is great. This is the second time we have used her services and she is prompt, communicates, has good equipment and treats the horses like they are her own. We could not have asked for more. We would use her again in an instant.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The shipper responded to my questions last night and within 10 minutes I paid the deposit. I attempted to get in contact for over an hour on line as the shipment was set for today. This morning I found a spamblocker message attached to their email address, I adjusted this at 6:30 a.m. and resent emails. I phoned at 7:00 a.m., and 8:15 am, I have rec'd no communication from them and need to have this delivery done. I have no choice but to rebid this.

I checked emails late into the evening, but had not received the shippers email before I logged off. I have been having trouble receiving voicemails timely from my service provider, and have since purchased a new phone with better reception.
The shipment was on very short notice and the communications did not make it through in a timely matter.
If I had received the request I would have had no problem shipping the horse.

My weanling filly (who had a few special needs) arrived feeling safe and comforatable after a long trip. Complete Horse Transport was professional and knowledgeable. This was my first time using this company. In the past, I have had alot of horses shipped across the US and Canada and this was by far my most favorable experience at a very good price. Ivy was WONDERFUL! Could not have had a better hauler, highly recommend! Would totally trust her with our horses again. Equipment was well maintained, she was patient, on-time, competent, knowledgeable, safe, and completely trustworthy. Can't say enough great things about her, especially during such a chaotic time for us. Thank you Ivy!!
