I run Northeast SHO located in Spencer Ma, we have been towing our customers cars from their residence to our shop nation wide. We offer FAST and safe shipping of your car, never had any damage or mishaps in 5 years of doing this. We also offer expedited service for you, anything within 1000 miles can be done in same day! I run brand new equipment, every other year since 1995 I purchase a new truck and a new trailer every 3. New equipment means less breakdowns and faster deliveries to you. We are not a fulltime shipper! I travel as a specialized mechanic for a certain type of car, Most of time I pick up cars nation wide to bring back to my shop for service and with the rising fuel costs im looking to fill the voids on a trip. Motorcycles are held in a special(NESHO Designed) wheel chock on the tongue of my open trailer, this keeps most debris off of the bike and we only use soft straps.

Kirk was great to work with. He arranged to have the vehicle picked up and delivered the day after booking. I had to do very litte - it was quite a convenient service. He is a friendly fellow and easy to work with. I recommend him without reservation and will use his service again if I have a need.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Marcus called 3 days after having been awarded the shipment, I had not received the notification that I had won the Honda until he had called, I explained this to him, at this point I had 30 bids out and explained to him that I had to wait for one of them to get booked. I called him several times, he asked for a discount for being late, we spoke 10 times in 7 days. I talked to him, then 5 mins later he called uship and asked that they get a hold of me?? I accept and wish the next guy better luck

It is shameful that you are telling stories that are not truthful. Why don't you say what really happened. I called you three time total in 1 1/2 week. You answered your phone once and said you would call me back. "I am still waiting for the call since we spoke 10 times according to you." You said I ask for a discount why would I? You never did the job or schedule to do it. Tell the truth pal no more lies to protect your business.

I canceled immediately after talking with him. As you see by my feedbacks, I do what Im supposed to for good people, when it comes down to reality tv, thats where the hauling business should stay.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have been trying to cancel this all day . I was very uncomfortable with the shipper . The shipper contacted me several days ago saying he would pick up car on either Thursday or Friday . I contacted the seller and they said Thursday was not an option . I then contacted the shipper to say Thursday was not an option - but Friday would work . Shipper said it was Thursday or nothing . He would not do it Friday . I had planned on doing a Money transfer on Tues . I decided not to until this resolved

1st call was Tuesday and he said the lady might have arranged alt trans, I asked for her number to confirm, he was supposed to call back and never did. the following day Jim said that his daughter used the card without auth. Then could not call me so we went through email (all day) I told him I was unable to haul it because lack of communication. he stated he was on an island and had bad cell coverage. But wanted uships number to call them to cancel.WACKO! also uses 3 names 2ph #s, 3 email addys

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment service provider delivered my other shipment-2440 john deere,but the3020 john deere would not fit on his trailer. he tryed, but could not make it fit. so i had to deliver myself,because it had to be there the next day.

The 3020 was listed incorrectly it was heavier and wider than listed. I still tried but it bent my ramps and would not fit between the wheel wells. Jerry was a very nice guy..

This guy was stealing the tower, I have the police report. Tower was paid for, Steve told m to go get it out of there ASAP, I told him my trip was not ready yet, he asked me to please get it asap again. So I went to get it and had to sit on it at my shop for a few weeks before I was scheduled to go down there. The week I was ready to leave the State police called me about the tower, said payment was cancelled where is the tower. original owner and I talked and he came to get it after all of this

My truck was broken into, I lost all comuniucations, Keys, money ect.. Here is the response after I did contact the customer. "Thanks but since I didn't hear from you, I had to rebid the job. Had I known your situation, I could have waited. The rebid ended up costing quite a bit more. I can sympathize - our house was recently broken into and we lost a fair amount too. Good luck getting back on the road. Scott"

The truck was described incorrectly.. its about 10,000lbs plus has a plow, and DiD NOT RUN. This info was incorrectly to Lance and was not his fault.. He was great to deal with and I would haul again if asked..
