No Detailed Feedback Available Disaster. DO NOT SHIP on Collins. Bike shipped in mint condition but carelessness caused almost $3000 damage - broken windshield & mirror, dents in gas tank, bent metal, damage to paint and saddlebags. For WEEKS, irresponsible Mr. Collins wouldn't decide whether to pay out of pocket or file insurance claim, so my bike collected dust in a shop while I worried when and whether it would ever get fixed. Despite constant requests, it took 3 months to resolve, I lost hundred$, and bike's not right.

This shipment was a year and 3 months ago. Yes accidents happen. That's why we carry insurance. We had a new driver at the time. He is still employed with 0 accidents since. An insurance claim was filed BEFORE the customer even knew about the damage and I fought to get him more than the insurance company wanted to pay him so he could have his bike fixed where he wanted. HE chose the shop where his bike was repaired.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After the bid was accepted, our truck was put in the shop for regular scheduled maintenance to replace the truck breaks. The shop ordered the wrong breaks, then the second set was backordered pushing our pick up date off. Because of this we are not able to meet the customer's expected pick up and delivery dates, which he is not good with.

I did make contact for the pickup once our bid was accepted. When I call after seeing the cancellation and ask Chris about this he say that the customer backed out of buying the motorcycle,therefore he did not need our service. And he ask me if we were going to charge him for the cancellation.

First they messed up the scheduling and wanted to pick up my bike 2 weeks after I wanted. Then because I would be out of town when they wanted to pick up, they wanted me to leave my bike at a storage place and mail the key to them (huh?). No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A roadway disaster resulted in the van not making it to my residence before I left the state indefinitely. Collinslogisticservices kindly offered to have someone come and pick up the mattress and store it until shipping would be possible again. My short time allowance and lack of options resulted in me simply putting the mattress in storage so I would have time to complete the worrisome (and altogether unpracticed) moving process. I flew out of the state the day after the planned pick-up date
