This was shipment of two 1939 Cadillac front fenders (won on eBay). I informed Rich at Coast-to-Coast that we'd be gone in early July. Nevertheless, they picked up the fenderes on 4 July 08 and then attempted delivery while we were gone. Despite numerous attempts since then via email and phone, I've yet to get a reply OR my fenders. This has gone on much too long .

Very energetic group of individuals - they were a pleasure to work with. The elevator in our new building was not working the day of the move. The Coast2Coast guys took up the challenge and manually moved all the furniture to our third floor unit without any complaint. Very honest and sincere individuals who were very easy to communicate with. They took the utmost care in moving our furniture. We wish them the best!

This has been a devasting experience.He failed to deliver 1/3 of my belongings. The 2/3's that was delivered was significantly damaged w/no reimbursement or repair by provider.Coast2coast owner/operator did not attend my shipment or delivery himself.He cannot be reaches by phone & has not returned a phone call since 6/12/08.Its been amonth since the 1st delivery (6/5/08).I contact the police in IL & FL, the BBB and Uship.I was called by C2c 7/4/08saying delivery coming on 7/5,waited no delivery

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
The service providor missed the promised pickup date. When clling their contat number the Voice Mail is full and they have failed to respond to E-mails for more than a week now.

This was an ebay item, We made several attempts to pick up the item from the seller, for Delivery, including going to the location twice, the seller has not responded to any of my calls.
