After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
Customer has not been replying in a timely manner to written and verbal correspondence. I accept shipper's Book it Now terms, but shipper doesn't recognize that a match was made. Repeated unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the shipper have lost my confidence that the shipper is prepared to complete the shipping process. Please cancel this match and credit my driver account. Thanks, Gordon
