After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer VERY NICE PEOPLE, BUT IMPROPER CONTACT NUMBER OF PICK UP CONTACT.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service provider will not answer my call and never made pickup arrangements at the pickup location after both address and phone number were provided. We have now lost our item as we needed it pickup on Tuesday or Wendsday only.
