We thought the shipper was pleased with our work. The customer was positive with the entire experience. Pleased with communication, pickup, and delivery. So we do not understand why the customer gave us a neutral review.

lots of delays for pickup,everything was positive

The was ONLY one day in delay for pickup, not lots. We emailed and called to keep him abreast on the change and communicated plenty during the trip. Customer was very please at pickup and delivery; exchange was extremely pleasant. If everything was positive, then why did we get a neutral rating?
