It was a pleasure to work for Mr Meng. I had a delay, made Richard aware of the situation and he was understanding and we made delivery to a Public Storage for him. Thanks for the business.

Mike is a terrific communicator and provided timely updates via phone over the course of the service. The people he also works with who pack/move your stuff are great. There was a slight delay in the estimated arrival of my shipment, but Mike and his people took care of all my stuff and made sure it was stored properly during the summer. Now that my move is complete, I am happy to say that all of my stuff arrived safely and I will definitely seek Mike out again for my next move.
