After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
This person is not able to be reached via email or phone.
You simply get a recording
Also, when leaving this cancellation,
I believe the statements should not go into our file as essentially it makes it a negative and the use of "consumer beware" in a cancellation is inapproriate.
Please review this feedback and please reject her request.
We have been trying to reach her to get the chair for the last week.
