The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hi!I booked transportation for my 1956 GMC pickup from wyoming to Florida 11032011 from championexpress and they cancelled their transportation.I called them and they told me that they cancelled the transportation a week ago now about 2 weeks ago.Nobady didnt call for me from them,i asked how do i get my money back,becouse i alredy paid transportation,they just told me fight with uship!!!Then i booked transportation again,but i have been afraid to book it again,becouse i didnt know how to get m

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider bid on a shipment that was completely off there route and would not complete the transaction after waiting more than 17 days to finally admit to the problem. In the the future this service advisor should not waste time when a mistaken ability to perform services has been made. I would like to cancel with Champion express and relist my shipment with Uship. Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I was the one who cancelled Champion Express. Their communication skills are utterly incompetent. Multiple screwups, poor choice of haulers, and astonishing neglect after I cancelled. Upshot: a hauler I did not want (one with VERY poor feedback online) basically hijacked my car and are holding it ransom unless I pay freight in full. Champion did not cancel my shipment with this hauler. A nightmare! For this reason I will never use uShip again, nor will I even consider Champion Express. AVO Response from ChampionExpress: "Poor choice of hauler" and you let that hauler to pickup your car behind our back when you already cancelled this shipment with us. You just wanted to save some money because we agreed on payment upon delivery+uship will refund you. We did not charge you up-front even a cent, but tried our best to find a hauler as it turned out for free. So when we found one you just cancelled your shipment with us and started working with the carrier directly, which is not nice. Everybody will agree with us.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The cancellation was due to problems on my end (the shipper). ChampionExpress has been excellent so far, answering all my questions and was very understanding when I called to cancel the bid. I recommend her 100%.
