I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked this at the end of July. He had communitcated with me, after several attempts on my behalf, that his mother was gravely ill. I agreed to give him some more time. Since then I have sent him 4 emails and left 4 messages with this provider over the last 10 days and he has not responded. Even after giving him time due to his circumstances he has still not contacted me about this shipment. This has caused serious issues with the seller of the item I purchased. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been trying to get my delivery for over a month. First his mother was sick and then she died. So I gave him a week without bothering him because he said he still wanted to do the delivery. Then he was sick and his truck broke down, couldn't find another delivery along that route, etc. He told me he was going to get it done last Friday. He never showed to pick up after seller was waiting for him and he never even called neither of us.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Todd told me he would have my item picked up and delivered within 10 days. Its been almost 15 days and I have not heard a word. After this experience I would never consider using him again....too unreliable.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Chad Harper over communictaed during the bidding process,he put allot of pressure for me to book him. I went against my gut and booked him. We spoke and agreed to 100.00 before he left 1/2 of the balance at pick up location and the balance in drop off location. He called me Sunday to ask me if he could postpone the pick-up date do to a problem with his trailer. I said yes as long as I have the pallets in Miami by Saturday. I havent heard from him since! The point is he never left! bad experience

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I just spoke to Chad again and told him that the reason the bike was ready to go was because I needed to arrange to have someone meet him at the home. I told Chad he needed to give me at least 5hrs notice of his arrival so that get things ready for him. Chad did not. [content removed – contained profanity] I told Chad all he needed to do was provide me the time I needed to get ready. 5HRs. Chad said he forgot and got gas instead. Besides he had no paper work to ID his business.

Thanks for lying. I have all required documentation. You knew on friday that i was picking up on monday so you are in fact mistaken. Had you asked for insurance papers you would have recieved them. Oh thanks for taking that 70.00 from my kids. I hope you feel bad. Maybe the next provider wont have insurance. Good luck to you.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I did NOT request or authorize the driving of my vehicles between locations. I listed as "Older" and detailed as 1970-1979 models. I expected and NEED truck transportation. After talking to service provider I became concerned as he was expecting to drive my 4 vans using 4 drivers. Get real, for $500 4 individuals were to travel from South Flordia to Atlana area, drive 4 or more hours to Brunswick GA port and then return to South Flordia.
