The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
There was a change in plans and the shipper rescheduled for the following week. I was unable to reach the shipper and he did not return any of my phone calls. He did not pick-up my trailer as he said he would.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
They were honest- the hutch has glass & was not packed for travel. They were concerned. We may try again at another date, but I need to get this stuff moved. Thanks for trying- I appreciate your honesty.
