The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
picked up my boat. 3 days later returned the boat with a story about truck broken down. In fact he tried to subcontract the tow, when his sub wouldnt do it he left me hanging. When I complained he threatened me with lighting my boat on fire and insulted me. I've never dealt with anyone more unprofessional. not to mention it ended costing me several hundred more, than other bids who I could of accepted. Terrible experience.

I am very sorry for the poor experience you had. I understand there were very unethical words exchanged on both sides. When you informed me that you would like the item sooner than I could get it to you I indeed tried to sub this move out to a driver I have known for a short while. I do not tollerate incompetence and will not be using that driver again. I am sorry and accept full responsibility for this mishap.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
i still waiting and my seller for the pick up my bike and i have no more time because it is third week. so i would like to find another shhiper to get my bike in boston.
that is the reason why i cancelled the shhipment.
