The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provide Nyasha came to my house to pick up the TV but it was too big for him to do it alone. At the end he thought that it may be better not to do it and he left. At the next day, we both agreed that a cancellation was better. Nyasha told me that you will refund my money.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
the transporter after a week waiting now tells me the he is not goint to be able to pick up

He sounds like He is having a bad week and this item is to heavy for his truck and experance level.
