Grundsätzliche Abwicklung ganz ok. Kommunikation allerdings mangelhaft (Mails bezgl. Terminabsprache werden nicht oder nur verzögert beantwortet, angeblich wegen Überlastung...) Bei der Anfrage auf u-ship eingegebene Wunschtermine wurden angeblich nicht übermittelt (für mich leider nicht nachprüfbar).

Für die schlechte Kommunikation können wir uns nur entschuldigen. Das ist nicht unser Stil. Aber unpünktlich waren wir nicht. In der von uns vorgegebenen Zeit haben wir den Radlader abgeholt und auch geliefert.

Das Auto ist 1 Jahr älter, wie angegeben. Wir können uns preislich nicht einigen, so dass ich den Autokauf stornieren muß. Es tut mir leid, dass es mit CarLogistic nicht klappt.Hatte ja schon netten kontakt mit ihnen, ich schätze sie als fair ein.
