A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Due to mechanical difficulties, the shipper will not be able to pick up my dog within the time frame needed. All told, the shipper has been wonderful and we have worked very hard to come to an agreeable resolution. I do not feel that any negative connotations should be attached to this cancellation.

I can't say enough about how great Candy was. I posted here for delivery from South Carolina to Los Angeles a week ago, and Candy delivered our pet to us last night!
She's fast, reliable, would check in and give us progress reports and let us know that our little guy was doing good every step of the journey.
As far as I'm concerned, she's the most professional and reliable shipper on this site. I completely vouch for her and will be using her in any/all future bookings
