The service provider does not appreciate customers calling to check on their property. He was rude and did not return phone calls or messages. Multiple delays without advance warning. days were wasted waiting for deliveries that never happened. eventually i had to pick up my bike from his house over 50 miles from delivery destination. I had to call on a favor from a friend to get to service providers house 2 days later than shipment due date. he knocked off only $25 from cost.Will not use again

As you can tell by my feedback , I have no problem with customers calling for info on their shipment however, Mr. Shah called more than 100 times in 1 week, almost a dozen times before I was scheduled to pick up the motorcycle. Any unanswered calls were due to loading/unloading or out of cell area. The bike was scheduled to be delivered 11/14 and was delivered 11/14 as per bid details. As for driving over 50 miles to pick up bike was Mr Shah's request which was accomendated and compenstated $25.

jim is a great guy. he will make sure the job is complete with out any damages. he even brought a couple of items that he didnt charge extra for. so i will say it again this is the guy you want to bring you your bike or anything else for that matter. he is easy to communicate with and didnt mind me calling a couple of times. all of the bike he was transporting were so very well tied down that you could actually flip the trailor upside down and they wouldnt budge a inch. you want jim trust me.joe
