There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
after several emails were exchanged working out the details, i accepted his bid. after he got my phone number i get a call saying that unless i send a deposit of about half of the bid he will not pick up the item. you would think that he would have said something about a deposit in the exchanged emails.
