This shipper after informing me that they were going to deliver late has not returned my calls and its 2 weeks later. I paid my Uship fees and 1/2 of the shipping and only get full mailboxes and no reply from the office or driver....a phone call would of been nice. I am at a loss now what to do about my dogs as I am reluctant to have them shipped now.

Shippers, from the office to drivers, were very professional and made any/all accomodations for our horse. Very impressive. Will travel with them anytime we have another horse to be transported and would suggest that any horse owner; east to west coast, should be the same. I can promise you, you will not be disappointed. I was called every day that our horse was enroute to our farm. It was truely a pleasure to work in coordinating to get "Ranger" to Delta, UT. Leslie & Steve Alexander
