J/J horse and Cattle Transport service is located out Knoxville, TN.We are just a small transport company with years of horse and livestock experience and will strive to earn your business. Because we are a small company, we can be more flexible and cater a little more to our individual client's needs.It is not uncommon for us to be able to accommodate shorter trips with short notice.We also offer charter hauls to those concerned about such things as bacteria transfer between horses from different farms. We are a big believer in customer service, and most importantly we care about your horse. We believe in direct routes and communication. Horses get plenty of rest stops along the way (Following a strict drive 150-250 miles stop 1 hr schedule). All equipment is maintained per manufacturer's specificaions and in a timely manner. We specialize in transport of Young horses, studs, Mare / Foal, weanling, yearlings, and other hard to load shipments.We hope to pencil you in soon!

I called every day, once they learned my number they would not answer. I had my boss call from his number they picked up. Once we told them it was regarding the '95 ton chevrolet, they hung up on my boss. Wonderful.

Very good communication with great horse sense. Whereas we decided to hold our horses here, this shipper proved to be a very trustworthy man. I would recommend him to anybody.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I based my decision to purchase three mares on the quote I received from this shipper. They informed me this morning they would be picking up the horses tomorrow, so I wired payment for the horses directly to the seller. Now they are saying they will not be able to provide this service due to a delay just one state over from the pick up point. This cancellation is going to cost me several hundred dollars. I feel they should have to follow through with completing this shipment as promised.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I waited at my farm for 1.5 hours for John Tucker to arrive. after several phone calls, his girlfriend finally picked up the phone and informed me that John would not be completing the job. Obviously I was infuriated and I would like my deposit back.

This is not true, I was in Minnesota on my way to pick up this haul when the shipper canceled on me making my 5 day run only generate $190 of revenue after I ate the milage expense to return back to Tennessee.
