A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The closing date on the new house was changed (extended) and forced a change to the original move date of 11/27.
I contacted the mover (CWHAUL) as soon as I found this out and we have been working together to see if the new close date could work with their schedule.
Unfortunately, it cannot so we need to cancel our shipment and have it relisted for a move next Friday 12/7.
On a separate note, I would like to point out that CWHaul has been very professional and responsive during

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I placed in my bid that I needed the motorcycle shipped ASAP, I wanted it here by 5/31/12. The shipper made a bid and I accepted thinking that they were going to pick the bike up right away. Why would they have made a bid if they can not pick it up for two weeks? After I accepted the bid I realized they couldn't pick up until 6/15/12 that is just not acceptable. I bough the vehicle through Ebay and am getting financing for the vehicle. I will not be able to get financing until I have the vehicle

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider called two days prior to pick up and said they didnt have room to pick up our vehicle. She also said she would do the needed process to cancel the transaction and refund our money. This is our fist experience and a horrible one at that. We are now spending a ton of money extending rental car dates as we were to have our own car there to use and flight change fees as we are having to cut the trip short due to the cost of paying for all of the now needed changes. This is a very unfortunate and unusual situation for us. We did have to cancel this shipment do to lack of space out of our control. We Did offer to ship her car the next week but that did not fit their time frame. I am truely sorry that this happened and we never intended for this to take place this is not our business practice as you can see from our history on the site. Respectfully, CW
