I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I tried contacting them many times; no response. I had to pay to send her by plane.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I stated very clearly in my request the package needs to be picked up after 3pm.
The Service provider called me at 1:25pm and stated they had been waiting for the person at pickup location for over 30minutes so they are not able to wait any longer.

WE WERE AT YOUR PICKUP LOCATION AT EXACTLY 2:30 THAT TIME ZONE TIME AS THE PARTY REQUESTED WE WAITED FOR 1 HOUR WITH NO SHOW. CALLED TO INFORM SHIPPER THAT THE PICKUP LOCATION WAS NOT THERE, WASTED OUR GAS AND TIME

TThe folks who shipped my item were nice enough and kept me updated on their plans. The could be more professional. An inexpensive receipt book would be helpful when they take payment from their customer. Nicely done.
