I no longer need my item(s) shipped This was the first time that I used uship. I didn't realize that I was actually committing to a booking when I clicked. The date was incorrect on the pick-up section. And, the actual shipment changed. I contacted the shipper but he said he didn't know how to cancel it, that uship has always done the cancelling.
I still want to ship a smaller load.
Please confirm this cancellation.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper thought that my shipment was 45 inches not the 45 feet that I posted. He cannot handle that length.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider required cash up front before he would drive to pick up the shipment, and we could not accommodate that at 5:30 PM on a Saturday, so we had to cancel the shipment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have found some very bad feedback online about this company and do not feel comfortable with them moving my household goods. There are SEVERAL people who have used them that say they were late at pick up and that their goods never showed up at the destination. Below are links to the feedback i'm referring to.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was informed that this company does not have a valid DOT number, and they are not a real moving company. They are not licensed, or insured. I've asked them on numerous occassions to provide me with a written contract, and they simply told me to "read more about them" at their website. They have multiple different e-mail addresses, and the main number on their website, and site shown on uship does not work.
