The provider made arrangements at the pick-up location to pick up the unit on a certain day and time. They failed to meet that time frame. They did resechedule and met that appointment. The trucking company that did the actual hauling delivered the unit in satisfactory condition. They also kept in touch to let us know when the unit would arrive.
