This company is needs some improvement. The communication between us was not up to par, and when their trailer broke down, they didn't call until well after my horses were due here. They don't return calls promptly, as in it took multiple days to get ahold of them. Driver (who is not part of the family) was fabulous, but later reported to me that he was not paid by the company. He was not looking for money from me, just wanted to let me know.
