EXCELLENT!! I can't say enough good things about the level of customer service & care we received thanks to Joey & Michelle! The communication was exceptional and the pick up & delivery was completed on time and in a professional manner. Best of all, I felt like Joey was part of our family. He helped us get everything loaded and was great with my horse. I had no worries about sending her from NY to VA. I even received an update at the half way point & once my horse was safely unloaded in VA. +++

Okay, these comments do not BEGIN to explain the professionalism and genuine care Joey and Michelle exude. The 1st time I shipped Eco it took the shippers HOURS to load my horse, well into the night, costing me extra for their time. This time I made sure I mentioned that Eco was a slow loader so that it would not come back to bite me. Joey and Michelle scheduled Eco to load first, so that Eco had all the time he needed. Joey had him in the trailer in less than TWO MINUTES! Hands down-THE BEST!!

Joey did an incredible job. He normally moves horses, but mMy move was different. He had an empty truck and moved some appliances for me. I would like anyone to know that if he bids on your shipment there is no need to worry. He was was within 30 minutes of the agreed upon time on both the pick up and delivery as was 50% below the cost of the next closest bid and my merchandise arrived with no damage. He is also a very personable guy that will put you at ease right away. I highly recommend him.

Thank you Michelle and Joe!! You guys were awesome. This was the first time I have had to ship and my little one was already not in the best condition. I was worried about him for no reason though. Joe got him there safe and sound, nice and full. You were both so helpful and I truely appreciate all that you did.

Joey & Michelle did everything as promised. They said they would pick up our newly acquired thoroughbred mare @ 7:30 a.m. in Central Florida & deliver her to our ranch in Nebraska by 10:00 a.m. the next day. Well, Joey picked up on time & was safely on our ranch by 8:30 a.m. the next morning. Very nice to have promises kept for a change. Others I have dealt with have not been so reliable. The mare is a Stakes Winner & she looked great! Nice truck & trailer. Great people. 10 out of 10 !!!

Eco was a great boy for this long trip back to Fl. I really enjoyed having him along for the ride, and an even better time helping him get over a bad loading experiance by a not so understanding shipper. After speaking with Richard about the shipping, he actually decided to board the horses with us rather than ship then out of Florida! So we did cancel the shipment, but not because our load was canceled.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I needed my horse shipped earlier than 7-25-08 and I thought the pickup date was scheduled for 7/18/08. My mistake for not noticing however, I cannot wait one week for horse to be delivered to me. How do we resolve this problem. I have spoken to the service provider and they understand the concern. Thank you for your assistance with this cancellation. JM

I just needed to make it clear that this cancelation was not our fault. Our bid clearly stated the pick up date- Uship is charging us as the guilty party for canceling. We can and will ship Julie's horse for her on the 25! Julie has been wonderful and is in now way to blame for this mix up, but unfortunetly the way uship has stated things, it makes us look like we canceled-which is in no way the truth!! Thank You so much Julie, I hope we can ship for you soon!!
