Nothing more could have been done to make the trip and experience more pleasant for our "kids" and ourselves. From beginning to end the service provided was outstanding! I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
Sugar, the horse that was to be shipped got very sick the day before the move, and it was not safe for her to make the journey. We will reschedule with Circle K Farms as soon as Sugar is well. Michelle has been great, very understanding and helpful through the whole process. I am looking forward to Circle K Farms bringing Sugar to us very soon.

Response from CIRCLEKFARMFL: After speaking with Richard about the shipping, he actually decided to board the horses with us rather than ship then out of Florida! So we did cancel the shipment, but not because our load was canceled.

Both Joey and Michelle were awesome. I was kept informed of my horses whereabouts and behavior the entire trip. They arrived right on schedule and were very calm and cool when getting off the trailer, which made me feel good and relaxed. Joey and Michelle took a lot of pride in their work and seemed to treat the horses as if they were their own, not as if they were just cargo being transported from one place to another. Thank you both so much, you were awesome!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I needed my horse shipped earlier than 7-25-08 and I thought the pickup date was scheduled for 7/18/08. My mistake for not noticing however, I cannot wait one week for horse to be delivered to me. How do we resolve this problem. I have spoken to the service provider and they understand the concern. Thank you for your assistance with this cancellation. JM

Response from CIRCLEKFARMFL: I just needed to make it clear that this cancelation was not our fault. Our bid clearly stated the pick up date- Uship is charging us as the guilty party for canceling. We can and will ship Julie's horse for her on the 25! Julie has been wonderful and is in now way to blame for this mix up, but unfortunetly the way uship has stated things, it makes us look like we canceled-which is in no way the truth!! Thank You so much Julie, I hope we can ship for you soon!!
