Horses delivered 2+ days later than promised (it appears a few other jobs were completed while my horses were laid over awaiting " wiring repairs"). Inconsistent communication at best & no communication whatsoever for 36 hours straight while hauler had my horses. She finally called @ 6:30AM 8/12 & said she was 375 miles away w/ my horses & a mare & sick foal requiring stops every 2 hrs. Horses arrived @ midnight in VERY GOOD condition, but 18 hours to go 375 miles????? Extremely frustrating.

Response from CHORSEFARMS: Funny to recieve nuetral feedback from this gal after hauling her horses from Selah, WA to Sylmar, CA 1,146.00 miles,(and she wanted us to buy the 1 mare because she wouldn't fit her program ~ & i was not interested) we had a mare and foal on that where scheduled to be delivered first before her 2 horses ~ electrical light plug got ripped out of soccett on trailer ~ and as I am NOT a mechanic had to wait to get this fixed, kept sending owner phone messages which she did not respond to about ETA

What a task to transport a 1,000 pound animal over 1,000 miles. Laura did a great job and we appreciate having our horse down the street from us. She stayed in contact throughout and did exactly what she said she would. I would recommend her again. Thank you and Blue thanks you even more, Jim and Nita

Cattle delivered in good shape. Unforseen delay due to trouble with an animal already in transit and then a mechanical breakdown. Delay due to traffic on route. Cattle arrived three days later than expected. Provider did not have my phone numbers, but did leave messages, thinking it was me, at a different number. "Series of Unfortunate Events" for both shipper and provider.

Response from CHORSEFARMS: WE HAD AN ELDERLY HORSE ON BOARD THAT HAD SEVERE PROBLEMS WITH A TRIP THIS LONG(had to stop every 2-3 hrs)~PICKED UP CATTLE 5:30pm AUG 26th IN LEWISTON,ID & GOING DOWN A 7% GRADE LOST OUR BRAKE CONTROLLER BOX FOR TRAILER BRAKES~HAD TO WAIT TILL MORNING OF 27TH AUG TO GET NEW BRAKE BOX INSTALLED FROM LOCAL DODGE DEALER~LOADED,BACK ON ROAD AT 7PM 27th. Owner TALKED to us EVERY other hour to see status of cows,& we left her multiple messages~ COWS WHERE DELIVERED AUG.30th 6am IN EXCELLENT CONDITION

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The mare would not load easily onto the service providers trailer and the service provider was worried about the safety of the other horses on her shipment. Both parties agreed that it was probably not going to work and no money was exchanged. I would like to get my uShip deposit back.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I accepted this bid on 8/4/07. I have emailed and called the service provider several times with no reply. There is no answering machine on the phone number provided so I could not leave a message. I'd like to cancel this match so I can find somebody to really make this shipment.
