Luis is "The Man"! I've had many bikes shipped in the past, all by good shippers, but Luis is the best so far. He's very friendly and accommodating. Great communication. Took pics of the bike and e-mailed them to me when he picked it up in Long Island. Two days later the bike arrived safely at my house in Miami. How's that for fast service. His price was also the lowest for any enclosed transport bid I received. Luis is very professional and takes great care of his cargo. The Best!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I will be contacting my attorney to determine valid reasons for 'break down' of equipment - this appears to be a pattern on U-Ship - very strange to wait to the last minute (literally) to have 'mechanical problems' - this has happened many times on U-Ship and Luis kept wanting me to give him pick-up details that he already had - which leads me to believe he was stalling the shipment and attempting to buy time. I will seek advice from my attorney and 'real' proof of a vehicle break down.
