A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
When were in the area twice this week to pick up the customer, each time he wasn't at work. I am sorry that we could not get this worked out and I truly wish you the best in your transport. By the way, I did notice that you had called and I was in the process of calling you back when I was notified that you wanted to cancel.
