The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This company is really stupid. All they do is bid on shipments and when they find out they can't do them..they quit calling you and hope you just go away. They shouldn't be allowed to bid on a shipment and not be able to provide the service. I suggest that UShip put in a penalty for people who bid on something and then just quit communicating with the customer cause they found out they made and error. I want this canceled and money refuned immediately.

THERE WAS MORE PALLETS THEN SAID AND SO THAT MEANS MORE MONEY THE JOB WAS DONE 2 MONTHS AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED PAYMENT. I COULD NEVER GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE THERE

Response from CARRIERS:
I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGE THEY SAID THEY WOULD FAX ME THE INFORMATION OF PICK UP AND DELVERY TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND FOR THIS JOB THEY ONLY RESPONDED ON THE OTHER JOB AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED PAYMENT NOT PROMT AT ALL.
