The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
This company is really stupid. All they do is bid on shipments and when they find out they can't do them..they quit calling you and hope you just go away. They shouldn't be allowed to bid on a shipment and not be able to provide the service. I suggest that UShip put in a penalty for people who bid on something and then just quit communicating with the customer cause they found out they made and error. I want this canceled and money refuned immediately.
