the car according to them no longer runs it was sold green light for 5500 so i told them i don't want it.

HI,I WAS MATHCHED WITH CARL TO PICK UP AND DELIVER MY 52'BIG SCREN TV. I MUST SAY THAT THIS WAS AN EXCELENT EXPERIENCE FOR ME. HE PICKED UP MY TV FROM GA AND DELIVERED IT TO ME IN NJ WITHIN 24HRS. HE AND HIS PARTNER WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. IF I HAD TO MOVE OR SHIP ANYTHING ELSE HE WOULD BE THE MAN I WOULD CALL. USE CARL, HE WAS GREAT.

The shipment was picked up and delivered a week after the initial scheduled pick-up due to some delays and mechanical issues by the company. Once the items were [icked up, delivery was made the next day.

There was a sudden change in events from the place I was going to move to. And I'm going to have to stay where I am for a few more months. Sorry, but I will not need the service at this time.

These guys were GREAT!!! I definitely recommend them 100% They were right on schedule as promised....they even took my car!!! All of my things were delivered in PERFECT condition! They are wonderful and my roommate ended up using them as well. Everyone should definitely use these guys if they want fast, reliable, affordable service!! Thanks again guys....you really made my move to Atlanta hassle free!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
MR. HAYES HAD AGREED TO PICK UP MY SHIPMENT ON 1/4. HOWEVER, ON THAT MORNING, HE STATED THAT HE WAS IN A MINOR ACCIDENT AND WAS AWAITING THE ARRIVAL OF A REPLACEMENT TRUCK. I UNDERSTOOD THOSE CIRCUMSTANCES AND AGREED TO WAIT TIL THE 5TH. I CALLED MY HAYES SEVERAL TIMES ON THE 5TH. HE NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS OR RETURNED MY MESSAGES. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO FIND OTHER MOVERS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HIM FOR NOT GETTING BACK TO ME. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING HIM!

Response from CARLH: Customer husband told me that they was going with another mover because of thier timeline.We done the best we could do under the circumstances we now have a new truck sorry about the trouble but we take care of our customers as our feedback and ratings reflect.Just wish customer had a more open timeframe 24hrs was just to tight with all that was going on.Once agian SORRY FOR ANY TROUBLE.
