I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Carl's car broke down for 2 days and was not able to ever get confirmation of shipping eta from him or a call back so my customer canceled the order, therefore i had to cancel the shipment because it coudn't get delvered in time

Response from CARLH: This shipper told me to pickup table when we got there to pickup store said item was not paid for that was on Fri she called back Mon.She then told me that she can't pay at pickup or delivery instead she will send check from California after delivery I told her that was not acceptable.PAYMENT IS DUE C.O.D! She then said she will send check gave her my personal address check never arrived now she is saying all these things.My truck is a 2005 one owner truck is was not broke it was being serviced.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tried to contack the transported to see if he is still delivering teh vehicle, wiout resuls. After three days I have to cancell and find someone else.

Response from CARLH: We got down in New Orleans on Fri call customer several times so we picked up a load we had in Baton Rouge finally it wasn't until Tue when customer called backed.So I told him we was already gone and cannot be back until Sat he said that would not work because shop is closed.We tried to pickup on our own but we didn't have a invoice number he left one message on my phone when I CALLED BACK NO ANSWER..We can not sit around for three days without any response from customer.

Carl was very professional. They were able to load and unload the truck very quickly. My things arrived in Florida the next day. I would definitely recommend Carl and will use him again.

Carl, never gave me an ETA on delivery or pickup, after calling several times he rarely returned my calls, to find out that his truck broke down, there was no communication or organization on his part. Will not use again!

Response from CARLH: This customer told me to pick-up two shipments when we attempted to pick-up one of the shipments store told us that customer did not pay for table when I call customer they did not answer that was a blank trip.So when I finally contacted shipper she told me it was a mistake and the item had been paid for.So once again I agreed to pick-up item but customer said she could not pay at pick-up or delivery that she would send payment from California.I told her that was not acceptable.This is not fair

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Mr. Hayes failed to pick up the furniture, and, what is worse, simply turned off his phone. Why? Well, he had told me that he would pick up my furniture on the way to Philadelphia. But it appears that he was just bidding on a shipment to Philadephia. So he agreed to pick up my shipment hoping to receive the other bid, which he didn't. That's my explanation, anyway. He should not have turned off the phone. He's a nice guy, but not reliable; I should have listened to the man who cancelled in Janua

Response from CARLH: I have sent notice to Uship about this feedback because I delivered this shipment within 24hrs of bid being accepted.I agreed to pickup at 10am got there at 10:40am phone was not working in the mountains of West Virgina but that was only for about 1hr.This customer told me that when I didn't answer he assumed the worst.I was 40min late on a route that left from ATL to WV to DC.This shipper gave me a nice $tip for getting shipment there within 24hrs.This was a delivery not a cancellation.

Thank You, Carl! Car delivered in the perfect condition, no problem. There was some confusion in communication with the transport company (I thought I lost them for couple days - got a little beet nervous). All was worked out. My overall experience was good, but could have been better, if they keep me updated every day (but again - this is my thoughts). Once again the vehicle was delivered in good condition and I'm happy to see it in my shop. Thank you for all your hard work.
