This is the most unprofessional shipper I have encountered. Even though he seemed like a nice person, he is completely disorganized and doesn't handle items with care.
He tore up my $3,000 sofa set and broke the left arm rest. While we were working on how to fix this, his sidekick carelessly kept my $300 mirror on the edge of his truck and the wind knocked it down shattering it. I was still understanding and he promised to fix the mirror. It's been 3 months and his # is disconnected. Beware!!

Carl Shipped my PT Cruiser along with our 1 bedroom apartment and he did a great job. He's very friendly and asy to work with. I'd defintely use his service again.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I cannot reach the provider to confirm dates or to have the provider visit my home to confirm the estimate provided will cover the full cost of the move. The primary phone number cannot take voice mails because it is full, and the secondary number listed is disconnected. I am not comfortable with proceeding with this provider, and I am requesting my deposit to be credited.

Carl was late in picking up my dad's items in FL. I have left 35 messages, 20+ texts, and a few emails for him. I cannot get him to return my calls and don't know where my stuff is, or if it is stolen, or if he ever plans to deliver. My dad went into assisted living - 89 yrs old. His things are his memory and he is miserable. Out things were supposed to get here Saturday. It's now Tuesday and Carl won't call me back. I just want my stuff!! Carl, if you are reading this, call me!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Scheduling conflict. From my understanding, I took longer than expected (24 hrs) to accept shipper's bid. By the time I accepted it, shipper was no longer available on the dates I needed.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I was put in contact with shipper on 2-13-08. After shipper determined that the refrigerator did not FIT into his truck, he was going to get another truck. Then he was in Atlanta, Then he was in Miami, Then he was, who the hell knows. After 6 weeks of being jerk around, I QUIT.

Response from CARLH: I went down there to pick up item it wouldn't fit.I then tried to pick up again but the person who had the fridge could not be located.So I then listed it on my own page to see if someone else could take the job with no success.Shipper and I then agreed that when ever I was in the area again to try and pick it up.I tried to pick it up then he was out of town.I tried and tried to take care of this job but it was one thing after another.Jerk around;You ask me not to cancel now you're saying this.

Pick up and delivery were both delayed, however both gentlemen were very courteous and professional. Some items were bumped and bruised, but overall I would recommend their services.
