Broker promised us $500 reimbursement after his crook of a driver ripped us off and held car hostage. Then he stopped returning calls and never paid us back money we laid out to keep a customer happy. Nice way to start a business huh??

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I am unable to reach the Service Provider via phone or email. I needed this item shipped this week and have not been able to reach him. He sent us an standarized email requesting that we fill out another credit card authorization form but again, will not return emails or phone calls. I need to cancel this shipment and relist it to get it ship to my customer.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider i called the number he has listed for 100 times no answer,he sent me email with blank pages to fill it out ,so he is accusing me for refusinf to filling papers i didn;t even received.i thinks this provider is scam and i hope uship investigate him so i don;t have to have same problem again .i have to pay late fee for my car sitting at copart he knew it i told him that so i am interested to make transaction asap!!!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I accepted the bid and made my uship payment, but the service provider has constantly refused to answer my call even to tell me why he couldnt bring the cars.

after time of contract expired..shipper notified me a company would pick up the vehicle. the original shippers only real problem was returning calls. If it takes a little longer than contracted most of us are understanding.. just keep us informed. I would use this shipper again even though they were late.

THE CORRECT SIZE FOR THE TRAILER IS 11'10" WIDE 13' 10" HIGH AND 48' LONG. AFTER I GAVE THE CUSTOMER A CORRECTED PRICE, HE DECIDED TO CANCEL BE CAUSE IT WOULD BE CHEAPER FOR HIM TO SHIP IT OUT OF CALIFORNIA RATHER THAT BRING IT ACROSS THE COUNTY ON LAND TO GET IT TO EUROPE.
