Steve and his partner are awesome and so easy to work with. He is very through and called me time to time to report the progress. They are very seriously about their work. One think I like the most is they care about the piano ever more than I do during the unloading!!! I will recommand him anytime. I gained a trusted friend. Very happy with the overall shipping experience- this was my first time using UShip and my biggest concern was that my table was handled carefully and delivered intact- and Captain Steve delivered upon that- the table was in the exact condition as I last saw it and I also received it earlier than expected! He kept in touch with me so I knew where my shipment stood- I would highly recommend him!

If I could rate Captain Steve higher than "positive" I would. He is professional, punctual, fair, kind and loves what he does. I was quite skeptical about the whole process at first but C.Steve and the folks at UShip communicated well with me and my mind was eased. The whole deal took less than a week. And a week before Christmas! I will definately use C.Steve for future furniture and shipping needs. P.S.Thanks for being so thoughtful of my sister. It means allot. Merry Christmas.

I couldn't have asked for a better way to transport my dog. Steve comforted my dog when he initially had separation anxiety, travelled with him in the cab throughout the trip, kept him in the hotel room at night, and stopped and walked him whenever he needed. I was always able to reach Steve on his phone and he delivered the dog from FL to NY in less than 2 days! Highly recommend.

Captain Steve delivered as promised. Not just the boat on a trailer, but delivered professionalism, punctuality and steadiness in the face of unexpected events. He added friendliness, resourcefulness and was overall helpful throughout the experience. He kept me informed of the progress, was flexible in meeting me in Florida at a convenient time for me; he helped me mast up the boat and launch it. I am thankfull for his patience and all his help. Outstanding service - fast, not even a nick on the furniture. Great on communication - I always knew where he and my furniture were at. Kept his cool and didn't balk when the originating shipper had problems. No doubt in my mind, I will always ask first for a bid from Captain Steve.
