They were very nice!..Dog was Heathy and happy! well feed! The cons were I had to alwys Call them..They changed the Drop off dates 3 times...and Finialy got here at 11p.m! But all and all They got the Job Done and hes Happy!...

This was a great service. One inconvenience was that timelines were not firm and changed frequently. Final delivery occurred in the early morning, after midnight. One of our cats was scared and during transfer to the transport cage, it got loose. After searching the area for 1/2 hour, the driver had to leave withouth the cat. The other cat arrived in good shape.

Mike&Tonda have a great business. I thank them for getting my 4 cats/1 dog from NJ-Ca. Mike did the best job he could. Trip took longer than I thought; 9 days. But, pets were all dirty when they arrived. Dog, 12 yrs old has bad eye infection; I took him to a vet/he has vision loss. 1 cat also has infected eyes. Being enclosed in the van so long was not good. They all smelled like tobacco. Not enough light - shorter trip would have been better for their health. Other cats are fine, thankfully.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
+ Service Provider wanted to place my two dogs into one crate. I will not agree to this.
+ In addition, the Service Provider was unable to transport my dogs' crates. This was a condition in my listing.
+ Finally, communication with the Service Provider was difficult and the pick-up date was delayed several times. Ultimately, the Service Provider showed up 4 days after the initially agreed upon date.

Response from BullyHillbullies: This guy was IMPOSSIBLE!! I arrived in Tampa to pick up dogs and he insisted we take his crates after we exclusively told him we are outfitted with crates allready and could not block our other passengers with hid crates and luggage. He was very argumentive so yes, I left them standing in the driveway with hid dog's. I will not compromise the comfort of our passengers. His other claims are lies as he stated he would smear our name!! See the rest of our feedback and you decide.~Tonda/Get-M-Home

Mike the Driver and Tonda seem to genuinely care for the animals, they were a couple days late picking them up due to a mechanical failure, and it took 10 days for them to get across country however they had to deal with inclimate weather( Flooding of the midwest) and the cats arrived healthy and as well as can be expected, my nieces are happy and I am happy that it all turned out OK

We had another great experience with this provider. Riley was nervous and Mike was very gentle with her. She had a good trip and was very happy when she arrived in Arizona. Definitely recommend this provider to anyone who needs to have a loving pet moved. thanks again!!!!!!!!

Thank you Mike and Tonda for making a stressful event, easy and pleasant. We were very concerned about getting our old tired dog cross country. But he did very well with your loving care. You gave us details on how he was doing each time we called, no matter how late we called. If we ever have to do this again, without a doubt, we'd use your services. Thank you once again.
