I do a lot of traveling around the Houston area moving our own products, and also to Dallas and Austin. Rating: Negative Left by: wheelsUnlimited (55 ) On: 10/5/2009 For: Other Makes : NEW Kinroad Blac	No Detailed Feedback Available	Shipper tells me that customer will pay on delivery. when i got there customer shows me receipt for delivery for $400, that shipper collected. i had to wait for 45 min to get paid with a check that i don't know if it is any good.then they complain of me being late when they knew i had 6 other bikes to deliver before theirs. i only was 1 day late because another load came available in my way to deliver this bike.which took longer to load than anticipated (300 bicycles).i even drop $40 off . Response from BudgetBikesTexas: Customer paid in full before shipment. Javier said he wants payment on delivery, so we refunded shipping to customer. This guy has a brass set complaining that he had to wait 45 minutes after making my customer wait FIVE DAYS with no communication!!! Customer wanted shipping cost credit for extrteme inconvenience they suffered, including staying home to get shipments that never came. That was reason for 45 minute wait. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN HE IS DISHONEST.

My customer asked me to leave a negative feedback. I was told the bike would arrive Saturday (4 days), but customer said Javier told them he never said that. Javier did not tell me it would be late, I had to hear it from customer. Was 5 days late on a four day delivery (9 days total). Customer also claimed Javier said our bike was "cheap" and hardly worth it. Bike DID arrive safely however, eventually, but not sure I would use again. Seemed like a nice guy in person though.

When i picked bike up i told him that i was going to oklahoma to pick another 6 bikes .you really think i can make any money with only your bike to ohio? i never mention the quality of the product . (it is not my problem).you are the one that made the promises then blame it on me.i was 1 day late.
