Parts of the shipment was missing. Appears parts of shipment was stolen. Member claims nothing was stolen, Dealer states items were on the vehicle. Cost me an additional $400.00.

All 3 Razors were delivered in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Customer asked me if there were 2 windshields or just the 1. I stated dealer only gave me 1 razor that had a windshield. Customer called dealership and dealer said there was 2. We do a pre inspection on all shipments and there was only the 1 windshield. Customer is also missing a window safety net on 1 unit. Dealer says that they are unsure of item. Dealer doesn't even know what they gave the customer. They just leave customer with lots of ??'S
