A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper, Returned incomplete paperwork. Missing, Pickup Address & Delivery Address as well as other important information regarding transport. We have policies to follow and can not transport a vehicle without the pickup and delivery addresses as well as our agreement on file. Shipper became irate due to the fax coming back incomplete and having to drive to resubmit the agreement. Client has requested his order be canceled. Please refund shipper deposit amount. Thanks

These guys were great! They picked up our puppy the next day and we had her that night. She was able to ride on a lap and not in a Kennel. I appreciate the personal experience they gave us. Thank you for everything!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Problem developed from seller of item so shipment not needed at this time. I and Uship provider mutually agreeded that services were not needed any longer due to problem with original seller. No problems occurred because of UShip provider.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time the shipper did not show up on their original terms that they set so i gave them a call and accepted their reason for non deleviry and agreed to a new day. well still no delevery and not even a phone call.
Response from Brunzy:
Shipment that was prior to his, kept putting pickup off, so it went pass this customers pickup date. I offered to pick it up at a 50 dollar discount but never heard back, the prior shipment was the main one in this shipment.

chris (dad), cindy(mom), jake(son) (23) driver, nicole (jakes sister, daughter) pick up was as promised!!, phone numbers were left, contact was made throughout drive, very curteous, nice people, I WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN -no damage to the motorcycle that i shipped with Cindy/ Jake -back ground checked out my shipment was a motorcycle from msp to dfw, in a uhaul open trailer, pickup was an older f250, good people, did a few extras which made delivery perfect,,, thanks,,,
