The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time on june 3rd when the service provider was to show they never came they called me 5 hours after they were to be there and said they decided not to do the job they put us in a bad spot and i will recomend them to any one it was a bad business choice on there behalf very unprofessional i had used a credit card for the deposit and am requesting a full refund as for brookhaven trans i am fileing a complaint with the better business bureau i feel they owe me for my extra expense

This company is very professional. The movers has a great sense of humor,which they love their job! This company helped to make our move much easier. The company left items and personally drove seven hours to accomodate us. I would use this company again. Theres' a need for more companies that is honest,loyal,professional,and dependable. :-)

These guys are PROS! Just outstanding. They were courtesy, careful with the items moved. Wrapped and taped items. Paid attention to detail. They were efficent and didn't waste time. If need to move you want these men! BTW Brookhaven you need to charge more for your service! You are worth it! Mick

Willogan moved my belonging from Americus to Augusta. They were very careful not to damage my furniture. I would use them again.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: jonbond35 (0) On: 6/15/2009 For: 5+ Bedroom House	There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I was not able to ship this customers items 690 miles for the agreed upon price of $1200.My costs would have exceed this price by $300.The shipment would have required 2 trucks,2 drivers, and 4 movers.The shipper was adamant about the fact that he could not afford to 1 cent more.Therefore we had to cancel.It is an unfortunate situation, but a decision was made by Brookhaven Transportation and we stand by our decision.We tried to help the shipper by calling local moving co.'s for affordable rates Response from jonbond35: what was done was very unprofessional you dont cancel 4 hours after you were due to show as for helping us you never and never called back i am contacting the better business burue because if thats how you run a business then you should not be in business then i have nothing good to say about brookhaven trans
