Provider's response to posting was immediate. He called later to tell me he had already departed then called to tell me he had mechanical problems and was making repairs or getting new truck. I was also told that he had "several" drivers and that he would still get the load. Multiple attempts to contact him failed. This was one of three shipments this provider decided to move for me at the same time.
